To make it easier for us to find each other in Team Fortress and Left 4 Dead (and all the other games), I created a Steam Group. Anyone can join, so go ahead.

http://steamcommunity.com/groups/multiplayingnet
Then sign up. It is that easy.
Being in the group means that you can easily see who is online and playing, and then you can join them with a click. And you may get to be player of the week if you cut the mustard.
